What are these plant looking things?

Have a couple of these in my tank. Looks like some kind of plant. Stems with little hairs on the tips. Strange that it is on one of my Zoa stems. Need a little help with identification and if its good or bad.

Found some photos on the internet and yes they look like a type of hydroid but can't find if ok to leave alone or how to get rid of if on a coral and not damage the coral.
 
The second picture with the zoas, is that stringy with a bubble attached to it?
 
Not Stringy with a bubble. Not Dyno's. Looks like a flowering tip using a magnifying glass.
