They both pop in and out of holes in my live rock.

The first one is feather duster worm, second looks bit different, possibly too.

Thank you, I went back for another look and decided it was that, very cool. Not sure about the second though. I also found another weird thing it's white and squishy...

Could be sponge. Your second pic could be Medusa stage of Hydroid.
So in order of appearance:

• Feather duster
• Medusa stage of Hydroid
• Sponge (or sea squirt?)
