What are these red bubbles?

They are a scarlet red and kinda translucent but have orange spots. Growing slowly but steadily in my tank by producing small bubbles that grow in size. What are they? Unsure if they are a sea apple/sea squirt/coral/or macroalgae.

Looks like red bubble algae.
Emerald crabs will clean it up.
