What are these red thing on my torch

What are these red things on my torch skeleton they don't move far as I know they been there since I had it for about 6 months here's a few pictures...what are those white things also on it and frag plug...thanks

As soon as I read you say " red things " my initial thoughts was red planaria flatworm or vermitted snail.
Picture little fuzzy to see clearly bit look up them 2 and look up sponges.

But they do look bit spiky/tubey like they have a tube like vermitted snail ,is it curly at base where on torch and do you see mucus webs coming from them?

I never see anything coming out of them...

The spirorbid are beneficial filter feeders by the way
