What are these reddish things on my sandbed?

Can't open attachment, but if they're small red things that move real slow, they may be flat worms. If so, there are several brands of treatment for them. Just make sure to remove as many as possible before you treat.

I got cyano when my reef was young (maybe just part of the uglies), and increased flow and vacuuming cleared it up after awhile. Looks like your tank is pretty mature though. Did you make any recent changes? What are your NO3 and PO4 levels?

Tbh for yrs I’ve barely check my levels, Unless I’ve had repeated deaths. I haven’t made any recent changes but I also noticed my protein skimmer over flowing alot. I’m doing my water change now and will try to clean it up in hopes it doesn’t come back.

Reduce your whites and increase our blue lighting. ChemiClean works wonders with cyano but alternatives I've used which works it to skim with skimmer, Siphon up some of the red buildup during day 2x per week and add a squirt of hydrogen Peroxide to your tank daily (no harm to corals and inverts). Will deplete some of food source for Cyano and dino

Ok i will try tht! So just add regular peroxide? How much should I add. My tank is 125 gal and my sump is 75 gal.
