What are these slimey dots?

They appeared about 2 weeks ago. They just kinda dissolve if you touch them. They are also only on one rock from my lfs. All other rock was supplied from the gulf.

Honestly,it either looks like diatoms or flatworms.

Do you mean the half dozen things near the middle? They look like clove polyps
