What are these star/snowflake looking polyps on live rock

when I started my tank three months ago i saw something like this and was told it’s a feather duster, but it’s nit a word. Kind of has fingers like aiptasia but it isn’t aiptasia. They are white under white like and pink under blue light. Here’s a vid, not that clear. I have about 10 now in random spots on all my rocks.

Thanks , but every time I look up feather duster I see a worm with a long neck and this on the end of it. All of these feather duster are tight against the rocks and never come out. They just retract. But feather duster makes since.

Depending on the bioload of your tank with nutrients they even will start growing all over the sand.

I've had them in my filters, on my rocks, in the sand, etc. They help filter the water.

There are several hundreds if not thousands of feather duster worms. The way the head (which are actually modified gills) kinda twirls a little bit and retracts/expands is a tell-tale feature of feather dusters
