What are these tentacles? And another question

What are these tentacles? Are they a part of the zoa. They don’t move but when I poke one the nearest polyp closes. They come and go and only under this Eagle Eye zoa.

Received my Gobstopper zoa from WWC last Thursday. Only two of five polyps have opened, but not completely. The frag itself seems to be shrinking and this morning one polyp is expelling something through the center. Are they just adjusting?

First pic is how zoas propagate, perfectly normal.

Second pic, could be pooping, or expelling zooxanthellae, with the description of how they have been, I'm betting expelling their zoox. Could be too much light.

I only have a Kessil a80 over my 16 gallon BioCube. They are two inches above the sand bed, do I move them down or up into a shady spot? Or just leave them to adjust or die? I have no clue why to do.

Honestly it almost looks like they are stretching, maybe up a bit higher as that light isn't the most powerful. Probably more then enough for a biocube though.

I’m at 90% intensity now. The rest of the tank is growing great. I’m nervous to raise it up anymore.

Maybe I’ll just move them up.

Ok, so the eagle eyes are getting about 75 PAR and the gobstoppers were sitting at 70 PAR. I took a chance. I bumped the a80 up to 100% intensity and put the Gobstoppers higher. They are now getting 90 PAR. lets see what happens.
