What are these? They're everywhere!

Hi first post here. I have these "growing?" all over my rocks. What are they? Are they bad?

Odd pic of them, but they look like Pineapple Sponges. No worries, they usually die out them selves, and are not harmful.

I was just worried they were related to the bad aiptasia outbreak I have going on.

No, not related to Aiptasia. Pineapple Sponges. Harmless.
We will get a better shot of them when they are filled with water. Right now I am sticking with Pineapple Sponge.
