What are these things in my sump?

Hey folks, just noticed these polyp looking things in my sump. Could I get an ID please? Are they good or bad? Thank you.

Looks like a type of hydroid.

I thought so too at first, but after looking at them for a while I don’t think they are. These are whitish in color and have long, thing sweepers that sway back and forward.

Looks like a type of hydroid.

Do I need to take them out? They’re in my sump and I can’t see any in the display but I’m sure they’re somewhere growing.

Any time I've ever had them they just died off on their own. Just be patient and see what happens is what I would do.
