What are these things?

Hi all,
I just found these creatures that look like they have a shell, crawling all over the GSP. The coral is been closed for a week.
Here is a link to the video. I have never seen these.
My question, aside from a name, would be whether they are good or bad and how to get rid of them.

Small like that. They do move sort of like hermits don't they? I had a hard time focusing on one long enough to tell if they had legs. OP should pull a couple out and take a closer look. A magnifying glass might come in handy.
