what are these tiny things under my rock?

my little brother noticed today in a small space under my rock there are what look to be a bunch of small white things almost swarming (for lack of a better word) in the little space. I have never seen these before does anyone know what they are and if they are an indication of something bad?

I know the spaghetti worms I have a ton of em but look closer at the "black" space under the rock there are very very small round like things, these are what I'm talking about

They're white and look like a swarm of bees except theyre a swarm of white things lol, I know theyre alive because they move sometimes from deeper under the rock to that little space where I can see them

could be mysid shrimp, hard to tell from the pics. even cooler.

My guess would be some form of pods. I see them in my fuge all the time.

Or, they might be Godzilla larva.

I would bet on pods of some variety, probably harmless. Probably beneficial.
