The first (circled in red), I'm guessing is hair algae, but can you confirm?

The second, is a super bright green algae and I can not scrap it off the rocks. What is it? It started in a small spot and in about 4 days has covered 33% of all my rocks. What can I do to stop it? I just did a water change tonight. It's only in my DT, not in my refugium. The tank is about 2 months old.

It's part of the cycling proces, just turn off lights a couple off weeks do a water change and check your po4 and no3 levels.

I had cycled the rocks for 2 months, and the water for a month. I already have coral and 3 fish in it so I can't turn off the lights. Anything else I can do?

Time to add more and diverse snails.

Check your water parameters, water change if needed (too much PO3, NO2, NO3).
Remove as much of the algae while doing the water change being sure to suck up the algae you are removing.
Add cleanup crew.

Are you running a skimmer or any reactors, if so with what?
Do you have a fuge?

Keep in mind that some algae growth is normal with a new tank the key is to keep an eye on it and find a balance with nutrient export and what fish / cleanup crew will eat.

I have a fuge with chaeto growing in it (which by the way, also has the same algae growing in the fuge)
Just tested all my water parameters and brought it to the LFS for testing too (they used Salifert)

PH 8.21 (8.2 from LFS)
Nitrate 2 using Nyos (3.5 from LFS)
Salinity 1.025
Alkalinity 9.75 (10 from LFS)
Calcium 380 using Red Sea Pro (LFS read 435)
Ammonia 0 using Red Sea (LFS agreed)
Phosphate 0 using Hannah (LFS agreed)
Magnesium 1220 using Red Sea Pro (LFS read 1380)
