What are these two things. Really weird.

Need help identifying these two critters that came in on a frag rock.

The one looks like medusa-like work with the tentacles on the end

Chiton for sure! The other I'm not so sure about.

I believe the 1st image might be a type Scale Worm. You just do not see them very often and at first glance they look like Chitons. Not my image.
