What are these? (video included)

Currently dealing with a dino outbreak and in the past week these guys have taken over. Does anyone know what these are? To the naked eye they look like white tiny bugs crawling all over my dinos and hair algae. It appears to me that in the video they are eating dinos... which i hope is the case.

Could be lots of things? - where was the sample taken? I would have said paramecia - but - its impossible to know the 'size'. In any case - I wouldn't concern myself with them.
