What are these webs?

Pictures attached below. This is the second time this has happened and has only started recently. Any time I do a water change or move things around (had to recently because of worms) I noticed a weird web on my corals. Any ID? It’s causing them to retract.

I can't really tell from the photos, but when I hear 'web' I think vermetid snails.

Don’t think it’s cyano, haven’t had that in awhile.
