What are these weird white-ish pod lookkng things

What are these weird looking, somwewhat slimey pod things? They are all over in my chaeto. And some in my filter columes with mh skimmer and media reactor(not inside them) are they bad or ? Everyone look big and healthy and my params are all where they shoud be. Thankyou for your help ヽ(*´∀｀)ノ

Pineapple sponge all the way. Be cautious tho your corals could end up like this guy, they can if provided an opportunity they will overtake coral. They killed off some of my GSP they decided to grow on the flesh.
