What are these white balls on my torch?

I got this torch about a month ago. It’s been doing great. Full polyp extension during the day. Nice coloring. However for a while I’ve been noticing these white balls? on it. Should I be worried, should I be prepared to dip? Don’t really want to disturb or and stress it out though. Also please ignore the huge white slime under it.. amateur glue job
