Hello, i have recently started a new 40 gallon salt water tank. I have had 2 blue green chromes in my tank for about a month now and recently got 2 more. On one of the new ones i have noticed little white dots on its fins and some in the top of his body and i googled it and found it might be called ich disease. I was wondering if it is in fact ich disease or if there is anything else it could possibly be, and if it is ich disease if there is any way to cure it? Thank you.
(it doesn’t look as bad in the picture because the pictures don’t really get all of them)

Appears to be lymphocystis which is a condition and not a disease and often a reaction to water quality. To confirm, please re-post pics under bright white light intensity only

is there any cure or a way to fix it? or should i just leave it be and let it resolve on its own.

I can't speak for the disease, but I notice your fish are all up near the surface, and the surface is very flat. The fish are up there because the oxygen content is higher near the surface. It will help your fish if you point a powerhead at the surface to agitate it, create visible ripples, this will help with gas exchange and put more oxygen into the water.

What size of tank is it?

it is a 40 gallon tank. i do have ripples at the top of the tank and they normally swim all around the tank, at the bottom and top sometimes, in those pictures i had just fed them so they were eating the last bit of food that was floating around near the surface.

can u confirm that it is lymphocystis? or is it something else

I don’t think this is lymphocystis - that causes more angular growths, most often on the fin edges. None of these are on the fin edges and they look rounder, smoother.
