What are these white "dots"

Hi

I noticed my tank has a lot of white dots. They are on glass panels, back panels, rocks and they don't seem to cause harm. I have attached a few pictures though it's hard to get a very clear view of them. I have been worried about them. How do I deal with these?

ouch.....they look really pain in the rear This sounds going to be tough. I am reading another reefer bought Wrasse to battle this.

Thanks guys for pointing out what they are first. Now i am reading some reefers mentioned that they are beneficial. I guess everything has two sides.......

How to Get of Spirorbid Worms Infestation?

Same for me. None on the front glassI have an infestation also. I got busy and didn't clean the front glass for a couple weeks and they showed up on the front glass. I think people are so used to cleaning the front and sides of the tank more often than the back that they don't think it grows on...
