What are these white fibers?

15 gallon tank only up 2 weeks. 3 rocks in it. 2 came from my 120 FOWLR, 1 was a bought new caribsea arch rock. This white hair is only on the new arch rock and 2 snails. Nothing else. I have no idea, but I want it gone. Hard to catch in a pic bc it blows in the flow. Also seems to blow off the rock occasionally because some of it is in my sock

If they’re coming out of a tube- spinoid worms
If not filaments which can be blown loose with a turkey baster and netted or siphoned up
