WHAT ARE THESE WHITE THINGS ON MY GLASS?

Hello today I noticed some tiny white specs bouncing around on my aquarium glass. No idea if these are a problem or not & having a tough time identifying. SEE ATTACHED - I know it’s tough to see but they are little white specs that move quite quickly and sparatically!

Link is broken. If they're like little white dust particles jutting around (especially near the glass/sand barrier), that sure sounds like pods (good thing).

Okay I’m hoping pods and not worms (sorry super noob) looked up white specs on glass and saw 1 million worm posts lol. Okay here’s a photo (again not great) original link was video maybe this will work instead

Looks like dirty glass with pods to me (not completely in focus). No reason to be so worried about worms. I've never seen a single one in 3 years because of my Coral Banded shrimp.
