What are these? They seem to have appeared over night, maybe they were smaller and I didn't notice them before? Just curious where they came from and what they are.

Looks like Botryocladia macroalgae to me, but it might be a bit early to tell what kind:
I’m not an expert, but it looks to me like it may also be “Red Grape Algae” (to my understanding, both red bubble algae and red grape algae are Botryocladia spp.) - red grape is typically considered positive, red bubble is not. My understanding is that if the bubble is growing on a stalk (if it has a stem), then it’s red grape; if there’s no stalk/stem (just a bubble not raised off the surface of whatever it’s growing on), then it’s red bubble.

Noted. Will watch and see what happens. I have another question if you could. I have 2 dotty backs that are extremely friendly with a pink tip Haitian. They seem to be able to brush against it and also live in the live rock beneath it. Is it possible they can host??

I'm not sure - if they can brush against it without harm, then I suppose it's possible; given that I can't find any documentation of Pseudochromis spp. being hosted by nems, though, I'd guess it's not a normal occurrence (that's not to say it's bad, just unusual).

I think it's awesome tbh they will occasionally bring chunks of krill near their holes (weather it's for them or the new im not sure) and the new will eat it haha. It's a sunrise dotty and a purple dotty
