What are these

There’s these weird little hair looking tentacles sticking out of my live rock in a few spots, seems to be alive, it can pick up little pieces of sand, it does that then lowers it back down every once in a while. Also, unrelated but any opinions on fluconazole. I’ve been considering using it to treat byropsis.
