There's a lot going on in this pic, so it took me a bit to get what you were asking about - those red things are Convolutid flatworms, most likely a Convolutriloba species (the most well-known in the hobby being C. retrogemma - A.K.A. Red Planaria).

So, you've got a bad flatworm infestation.

Okay thank you! How do I get rid of them?

You could get a melanarus wrasse if your tank is big enough and don’t mind a fish not being 100% reef-safe or use a product like Flatworm Exit with caution along with manual removal.

Manual removal, predation, and/or chemical means - wrasses are known to enjoy these.

If you use chemical means, you want to be careful, as these flatworms reportedly (though I can't confirm it) may release toxins when killed in mass numbers which can kill off other things in a tank.

if getting a fish to get them out isn’t an option currently
the easiest thing you can do is siphon them out with a mesh bag on the tube to catch them then you can put the water back in free of flatworms
extreme caution if you use flatworm exit and do a couple water changes after
you do not want them fouling up the water when they die

Thank y’all so much for all this information!!
