What are these?

Ok I added a sump last week and put a handful of cheato in it and I had some filter floss stuffed in the bubble trap to catch debris. I do not have a skimmer yet.

I changed the floss out and found these in it and they were alive and not very.happy I was messing with them

They looked to have a black stripe running down their backs and I kept them out I want sure what they were

Well they were out for a while so I put them in my display and my six line went nuts lol.
