Totally new to this i aquired a biocube 14 for free glass is scratched to heck but wanted to see if u could handle this as a hobby i always heard it was hard but so far so good ..... Tank has been up 2 mths now went to add my first frag nd noticed after about a week these "white bugs" one on the polyps but 4 or so on glass some are really tiny and some a tad bit larger i trird to capture a puc but this is the best i could focus with phone....What are these? Hopefully not bad!

It's probably just a pod of some sort.

Do they have a forked tail? Maybe a pineapple sponge? if not, then likely a pod as was stated above
