Are these good or bad. Can't seem to find a clear awnser or info. Oh and thx for the rapid response

I just found one of these in my tank and it was clearly not a bristle worm.
I have 1 acro frag with some white marks so have ruled out flatworms at this point.. I feel bad removing it now lol
