What are these?

They've attached themselves to the walls of my sump and I don't think they move. I can see a couple here and there in the display and my Duncan hasn't opened in 2 days. Help is appreciated.

I second the pineapple sponge. Harmless, can be beneficial.

If I take one out it's kinda meaty. But there's so many of them. I thought Flat worms were super small.

They're pineapple sponges. Traditionally they like low to no light, so they will probably die off in your display between the bright lights and fish.

Ahh thanks so much. They poke out like some kind of polyp they grew like mad in the dark part of my sump. Whew. No plague.
