I have these little tube like things growing all over my frag tank. Anyone know what they are and how to get rid if them?

Vermedit snails. Harmless filter feeders. They self regulate their population based off how much food is in the tank. If it's a frag tank you can try scraping them off.I have these little tube like things growing all over my frag tank. Anyone know what they are and how to get rid if them?
Vermetid snails can irritate corals and clams and other inverts.
Personally I would take that piece of frag rack and it a bleach bath and scrape it down.

Is there a fish, snail or crab that I can add that would keep them in check? They are growing on my frags and I think they are being irritated.
Nope.
You have to limit the available food source and manually remove them. As time goes on and the tank ages they might die back but not if you do not limit food particles in the water column.

Thanks for your help. I don't really feed that much, only 3 days a week, so I will try to remove as many as I can manually. I may try an emerald crab as well.
