What are these!?

I found these kind of worms today after a few months of having this 13.5 gal. Salt water tank... lately my torch and hammer corals died and the Kenya Tree isn’t looking so hot. Also getting a lot of red algae. Running the Prime HD on a schedule as per picture attached.
