I've been staring at rocks for a week in awe "Wow what's that? There's a thingy in there too! Wait what, is that a leg? Something is moving there!". 
It might be better to give the thingies a little bit time to grow, would be easier to identify them. Unless they're something bad.

Welcome to R2R. Can you try and get a better picture?
Amd one a bit far away, to see how big they are on the LR, and like @Lovemyreef2015 say better photo, on a macro maybe ? I have similar to this, but my are a bit hard, and they grow up under some of my LR, and they are red on color. thy are 2-4 mm big ... (similar to your one on the photo, but I still don't know what's your one, is it hard or ... ?)

Howdy! No idear on whut you have there. To throw out a generic term, I'd say some sort of that there filter feeder type critter.
I moved the rock a bit and found a bunch of similar looking things growing behind the rock. I couldn't get better pictures, sorry. 
One of the original mystery things, it has several thick "branches"

I've also been wondering about something else. How about these? They are a bit smaller than the first ones.

The first ones that look kinda paddle-like are probably bryozoans. The others are some sort of polyp

1,2,3&5 look like hydroids of some type, 4 i think is a polyp like a tubipora and the little white ‘hairs’ look like a type of sponge

Welcome to R&R! I'm not knowledgeable but I learn something new everyday! The people here are great and you will get answers to your questions.
Thank you for the help so far. A little update. The things you identified as polyps have grown a bit, they are starting to show some interesting glowing colors. Are they clove polyps? I really hope they aren't something I should remove.
