Are these some sort of polyp or pest anemone? They are popping up everywhere.

Welcome to R2R. I have been searching and searching to find out what these are.. so far the closest I can come up with is broad palythoa (Palythoa Mutuki). Can you tell me more about it? Like how does it respond when it is touched? Does it close up fast, or does it slowly close up? Here is a picture of the paly.

@KJ do you have any ideas?

That looks really close. They close up fast and retreated into the rock when I poked it. However they also are growing out of the sand bed with no rock and even grew on a power head and the side of a leather coral. Under the blue light they do glow a little green. Not sure if that helps if them. I will be mixing up some Kalk paste for them but they are spreading like wild fire. Thanks for the reply I look forward to hearing more!
