So my margarita snail has been in the same corner of my tank for a couple days now, today I noticed what appears to look like eggs with black things in them. Can someone help and tell me what I’m looking at?

Wow I never knew that, I actually got the snail from a friend that was getting rid of her tank and that’s what she told me it was. Just curious, but how can you tell that’s what it is? And how is it possible to have eggs if I only have one of those snails? Is there any care I can do?
