What are these

I have been away from my tank for a bout a month because it is at my college apartment and haven’t been able to come take care of the algae but what are these other things growing on some of my corals

The first picture is what is left of my little bit frag of gsp the other is a goniopora it is closed up now but was open fine when I had lights on normals settings.

Two different types of sponge.
Usually good guys. If they are bothering or covering the corals just pick them off.
