What are these

I have noticed these popping up in my aquarium. First noticed on a frag plug a few months after I added it. Now it’s all over the back glass. It’s in my coral qt tank.
All corals get dipped with polyp lab reef primer. Prior to entering.
I dose zooplankton and phyto ever few weeks.
Tank has been up since mid to late March.
These white things don’t move as far as I can tell.
