Hard to tell from the pic but looks possibly like a barnacle (I'm horrible at IDing little critters).

Either a Sabellid or a Serpulid which are filter feeding tube worms.

Just too add to the excitement just got a shrimp and cleaner goby and tested s.g. when i got home and was at 1.029-1.030 lol called petco to tell em and to check there water i checked it like 5 times with hydrometer and refractometer both checked for accuracy to make sure because they said it should be between 1.022 and 1.024

Zoa often have a sm clam in their colony. Not sure why but I see that frequently.
