I have these everywhere in my tank can someone identify them?

+1 on Munnids.
The Munnidae are actually very beneficial herbivores. They scurry around like ants scraping Diatoms and other microalgae off glass, rocks, even macro algae. When discovered, they are scooped up by hungry fish.

I have a ton in my coral qt tank. Worth transferring some to the display?
