What are these?

Hello, my tank has been up and running for about 2 years and this is a first. A few weeks ago the water got cloudy and I saw what I assumed were copepods. Now, these guys popped up a couple of days ago and I’m not sure if they’re copepods or not. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I say an egg sac of some sort...you can almost see them emerging and where the sacs are empty.
Now what they are I dont know....
