What are these?

I recently added a CUC from reef cleaners and almost immediately found this. Are these snail eggs? I’ve had several varieties of snails and never seen these before, but kind of assumes that’s what they are.

For what it's worth, this is exactly what happened to me too. It was my first time having nerites. They cleaned off an area of rock and laid the eggs almost immediately. Interestingly, my fish that normally love snail eggs don't seem to care for these.

The only hypothesis I could draw was that maybe they were really stressed out from the trip, and laying eggs as soon as possible is a survival strategy. I know some other organisms do this - for instance, many orchids will bloom more readily if under watered
 
Simply remove with edge of credit card although they'll vanish by themselves.

I can’t get the camera to focus on them, but they don’t look like that. Just solid white dots.
