What are these?

Does anybody know what these are? Tank currently has Mexican Turbo Snails, Crown Top Snails, Hermit Crabs, Conch, Sand-sifter Star, Lawnmower Blenny, Royal Gramma Basslet, Koran Angel, Lemonpeel Angel, Coral Beauty, Clownfish, and Pajama Cardinals. We just lost a Lyretail Anthias to what seemed to be a bacterial infection... he and 3 other fish have clear and/or opaque eye bubbles that we’ve treated with 3 rounds of antibiotics. I don’t know what these “eggs?” are but am concerned considering we are already fighting some sort of disease and have never had these before so not sure whether we should remove them or let them run their course. I think this snail is eating them but not positive. Thank you for any help you can give!
