What are these

I just added my first coral and hermit crabs to my quarantine tank. I dipped the coral first and drip acclimated the crabs. After adding them I came back a few hours later and I have a lot if stick shaped things on the bottom. I dont see any movement from them except from the current......they weren't there before.
