What are these?

Anyone know what these are?
I have them in my sump and a few in the display.

Are they good? Bad?
I'm not new to reefing but I have never seen these before in my reef tanks.

they are super beneficial lil homies

also one appears to be a chiton (maybe)

What do they do besides stick to the surface of things and possibly kill pumps?
I assume they can reek havoc on pumps because they are so hat and stick on stuff really well.

Lol..

I've never had them. Never had a reason to look into them.
If I've had them in previous reef tanks, I never noticed them but in this reef, they are there and I like knowing what I have and finding out if whatever it is can be beneficial or detrimental.
