It’s still a little blurry but just wondering. Do you happen to have Nerite snails in your tank? Cause if you do, those might be its eggs. They will not stop laying eggs all over the tank.

They are more unsightly than problematic. If you have a scraper or one of those magnetic scrubbers, those should do the trick. They come off easily.

probably limpets. they stick quite attached to the glass. probably why you couldn't get them off with scraper
