What are these??

One of my zoa frags is being choked out by these white-ish things. What are they and what can I do about them? I cannot find them anywhere else in the tank. Thanks!

Look like sponges, I'd pull the frag and get the zoas on a new one. The sponges are a good filter feeder.

Yeah. Sponges. Just get in their and pull em off.

yep tweezers will work, hydrogen peroxide dip might kill em as well and zoas are usually ok with a dip
