What are these?

Can someone please help identify?

I've had the tank for about a year now, I haven't added anything new for a few months now. I noticed these after the last water change. What could they be? Anybody know?

Sorry about that, I was hoping it would work. Here are some pictures, you can't see it so well under white light so I left it with the blue. I also included a picture of the tank just in case.. I appreciate you trying to help.

Looks like a copepod explosion

Now that the video is working they certainly appear to be a variety of pod. Hard to judge scale but they look like one of the larger species. Congrats.

Looks like copepods me husband seeded his tank and that's what his glass looks like when the blue lights start coming on
