What are these?

Can anyone please tell me what these are? I thought it was just a type of algae.

both. the long things are what that worm uses to collect food.

No they help keep the substrate clean and they look like something you can call spaghetti worms they are not the same species .

The larger section is the worms body. The smaller are it's feeders.
