What are these?????

These are all over the glass and bottom of my tank, does anyone know what they are ?
they don’t seem to move but they weren’t there yesterday, or not as many to make it noticeable

The pic is blurry but look up red planaria (flatworms) and see if that looks right

I’m getting ready to upgrade to a new tank and planned on transferring everything except the sand bed. If I use a filter sick while siphoning the water and dip the rocks and coral should it be safe to use the water in the tank I’m upgrading to?
