Hello everyone, I have a large rock with these guys growing on it. Its in a small spot so far in cracks and under, nothing in direct light. Not too sure what they are. They seem to be attached to the rock and sway with the flow. Any ideas? Thanks in advance

Hard to get a good picture of them they are really small. 2nd pic is it zoomed out. In person it looks like swaying dots

So I've been doing some research and posted on social media for help and got back many responses but so far the closest lead I have is that it might be some type of shrimp. I did feed some baby shrimp early on when I didn't have many predators in the tank. In my experience shrimp usually carry their eggs on them like freshwater cherry shrimp and amano shrimp even though they are freshwater. Looking up species of cleaner shrimp and peppermint shrimp they also carry their eggs although people hatch brine shrimp without the mother all the time. So mayyybbbee just maybe somehow some eggs were in the food I put into the tank or maybe they survived and started to breed in the tank. Not sure honestly its just a theory at this point but il try and keep the post updated if I find anything else out. Also when googling and looking around, the closest I found to the look of what is in my tank is shrimp. Mysis or brine I can't remember which kind it was (found it late at night, too many pages in my search history to go through again and confirm). I couldn't find anything online showing them attached to rockwork in the wild or in aquariums so thats still something that gives me doubts, but its the closest guess so far.

I’m gonna guess hydroids based on the similarity in the picture
So that was also another thing someone else mentioned as well as medusa jelly fish. But I didn't have much luck finding anything online on similar looking ones. The colonizing hydroids I found that looked closest to what I have were all connected but in person I can see each dot is connected to the rock by itself. It is possible the connecting branches are too small to see and the shape might vary. So maybe it could be hydroids also. Its on a major rock piece and it will basically mean tearing up the whole tank to quarantine it so for now im going to observe it. Hopefully I dont regret it lol

Imo if they are hydroids I wouldn’t worry
About it , they usually happen in new tanks and fade away over time. I had some but they have vanished / died off lol

Thank you for the suggestion
