What are these ?

Are these spionid worms on top my hermits shell ?
I did at one point many months ago see lots of white spiniod worms mooching about on the rocks,
Then bought a zoa frag and see quite a few on side of it,then while later now see the same things on the hermit.

And bonus question,what you think this is in my sump ?
It's very small like only just noticeable with naked eye.
Only need watch first 30 seconds then dissapears

If you touch the hairs, do they retract? If so, then maybe yes, but I am not sure how they would live in the shell...

Hermit inside rocks at moment chilling so cannot try go to touch them unfortunately .
I do know the ones that look identical on side of zoa frag do go in and out as sometimes can see them and sometimes not but they never move around the rocks .
On a few of them it does look like can see the white outside end of a tube,let see of can get picture

Sorry can get to hermit at moment and they not out on zoa rock and cant take good picture of the white tubular thing that looks like with tank lights on so will wait till later when hermit comes out and also these things on the zoa rock and can get better picture at dark .
